Hey, I'm Dominik. I have been working with WordPress and WooCommerce since 2013, and in the commerce industry since 2005. Over the years I learned how to talk to entrepreneurs and understand what they really need. Yes. In the Business Class and First Class packages dedicated to e-commerce, we also handle WooCommerce updates, and in the First Class package we monitor its performance (in Business Class this is a paid add-on). In all packages we update all available plugins from the WordPress.org repository as well as additional ones from external repositories, provided they support the update mechanism and the site has an active license to download the latest versions. Custom-built plugins are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Our plans are designed for a single site. If you have multiple sites, each one needs its own care plan. The good news is they don’t all have to be the same plan. Each can have a different plan suited to its needs and expectations.

Yes! To lower the monthly price, simply choose an annual plan. This way you get two months of care completely free.
The cost of an annual care plan paid upfront is the same as 10 months of care at the monthly payment rate.
In most cases we don’t need your access credentials. It’s enough to share your hosting control panel with us. Most hosting providers allow this. When starting our cooperation, you will receive detailed instructions on how to do this in your hosting panel.
It’s extremely simple, and thanks to this you don’t have to give us your logins and passwords, while allowing us to access the website, files and account settings, which we can check and fix if needed. Any access credentials will be stored in encrypted form in a secure password manager.
Access to WordPress means we will have visibility into all data stored in it. This means we will also have access to, for example, order history when you use WooCommerce. But don’t worry – without your explicit request, we won’t do anything with it.
Yes, with no notice period and no additional charges. One email request is all it takes, and the subscription is cancelled at the end of the paid period.
Additionally, if our services don’t meet your expectations and you decide to cancel within the first 30 days, we will refund the amount paid for the first billing period. No additional questions asked.
We work with all popular Polish and international hosting providers. Some are better, some are worse. If yours is in the latter group, you will get information from us with a justification and possibly a recommendation for changes. Remember that we care about our mutual satisfaction with how your site works.
Our monitoring checks your site every 60 seconds. If we notice something concerning, we try to act immediately, sometimes even before the problem becomes noticeable to you or your clients. Maximum incident response times are shown in the pricing. Full resolution time depends on the scale of the problem, but our goal is to resolve all incidents in less than 2 working hours.
Yes. Pro is an extension (addon) for the free plugin – it requires active “Withdrawal” (buddypilot-withdrawal) version 1.0.1 or newer. The free version can be downloaded for free from WordPress.org. Pro is installed separately from a ZIP file downloaded from buddypilot Hub after purchase.
Three main signals that Free is not enough: (1) Your store sells WooCommerce subscriptions – Free treats subscriptions like regular products and does not cancel renewals upon withdrawal. (2) You sell bundles (Product Bundles) – Free cannot correctly calculate the refund for a partial bundle return. (3) You handle more than 5-10 declarations per month and want refunds created with one click instead of manually clicking through all line items. If none of these apply, Free usually suffices.
No. Refunds are always approved by the operator from the declaration detail page. “Auto-refund” means the plugin builds a WooCommerce refund with the exact items and amounts declared by the customer – the operator sees everything before clicking “Approve”. There is no “automatic refund after X days without verification” mode.
